How do we get around?
Most photo spots are in car-free zones. To maximize your shooting time and avoid traffic, we use public transport (U-Bahn/Tram).
No ticket stress: You don’t need to buy tickets in advance. Your Photo Guide will help you purchase the best option (e.g., a group day ticket) directly at the station.
Taxi & Uber: Do you prefer a car? No problem. We can order an Uber or Taxi for you, and you simply pay the driver directly.

Where is gwando available?
Our delivery service covers all hotels and apartments within the Munich city area.
Staying outside of Munich? (e.g., near the Airport, Erding, or surrounding areas) No problem! Please contact us – we are happy to find a solution.
What happens after the tour?
Returning your outfit is completely hassle-free:
With Photo Guide: Our guide will collect the outfit directly from you at the end of the tour.
Self-Guided:
Hotel: Just leave the bag at the reception. We pick it up automatically—you don’t have to wait. Airbnb/Apartment: We will arrange a short personal pickup time with you directly at your accommodation.
What if the outfit doesn’t fit?
Don’t worry! We ask for your size in advance. Subject to availability, our team will bring an extra size for you to try on, ensuring the perfect fit so you feel comfortable.
What happens if it rains?
Munich is beautiful even in the rain! If the weather is too bad for outdoors, we can move the shoot to covered locations (like historic arcades) or—depending on availability—reschedule your tour

Payment is simple and secure online during booking. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, as well as WeChat Pay and Alipay
Do I need to clean the outfit before returning it?
No, we take care of that! Enjoy your day stress-free. Just return the outfit as it is. Professional cleaning is included in the price.
